Fee Schedule & Cancellation Policy
FEE SCHEDULE
A booking fee of 23% of the first-appointment fee is payable when you make your booking. It secures your appointment and is deducted from the amount owing after your consultation. The booking fee applies only to first appointments. It is not refundable, but where sufficient notice is given,
it may be transferred as credit towards one rescheduled first appointment.

These apply to all scheduled appointments.
Notice is calculated backwards from the scheduled appointment start time, in AWST. For first appointments, any booking fee already paid is applied first to the relevant cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance fee, and any outstanding balance is invoiced separately.
